Little announcement to made here today as Andy Chin Studio mark a small but significant milestone. Me myself is now a member of WPPI and [AG]WPJA. If you aren’t aware about both of these two professional body, kindly check out their website respectively, by click the image above.
I am glad that I have finally made the move, and happy as well, as WPPI and [AG]WPJA body accepted my application as a professional membership. I look forward for more opportunities to join contests, in an international stage, and to grab hold of chances to learn more from many other great photographers around the world.
In the celebration mood set here, I am giving out a discount voucher from Exabytes, a premium web hosting company in Malaysia. Now how to get this? Simple, leave a comment in this post. Is that all? Almost. the 30th person who leave a comment here win the prize. If he or she is not interested, if will be rewarded to the 29th instead, then 28th, 27th and so forth. Yup, is the other way, not going forward. Now I wonder this little traffic attracting blogsite, whether has that many people come by to comment and win away the prize! Who knows.
Fine prints:
1. I reserve all right in making changes on this contest without any prior written notification.
2. Result is final.
ps: Just so you know, I am on Facebook. Check out my profile, fan me at Andy Chin Studio page, and join the Andy Chin Studio group too. By the way, why not follow me at Twitter?
Why the post title? Eric and Mui Ling, both good friend of mine from my church. Right before the day of their wedding, my phone rang, a call from Eric. “How much do you charge for wedding?” I was like, “Huh, boss your wedding is tomorrow, as like less than 20 hours from now. Not next month!” Then we talked about it and eventually we both decided to work out together. I mean I work for him. That’s why, the hurry.
I really had to nail things down real quick because things happened and I don’t really know. Holy matrimony and dinner reception were so close to each other, that I had to skip the same day slideshow too. I feel bad about that.
Here are some of the shots that I got that day.
Looking at this, I think I really need a macro filter. Just so you know, the blackie on the ring, is yours truly. I went so near the ring for this shot. lol… DCIM 2009 is here, let’s see if I could get some good deal.

I love my new LED flash light (aka torch, not the camera speedlite). It is so small and so bright that could blind my eyes, really. Why flash is mentioned here? Below photo, I had the flash positioned behind the shoes and, WB to tungsten. If you don’t understand, is ok. Those are for the techie person. hehe…
In daddy’s eyes.

Over at Facebook, Mui Ling’s brother, WIlson said, “I am like chauffeur!”
I do not know, I somehow like this very much. What do you think?
Eric was waiting inside the church auditorium.

Here comes the bride, he says.

Mui Ling’s parent response to Pastor speech. It was hilarious.
We had a quick session before calling off the first part of the day.

Crack up a little.
The tea ceremony was held the next day. Warm and fun session.

Here I wish Eric and Mui Ling, bless marriage life. The fairy tale starts now!
Known his name thru online, browsing and WPPI or so. Met him during the last Louis Pang workshop I attended. CM, a man with few words, has unlimited creativity with his amazing talent. Simply, I love his works, his style (name CM Style). Recently he has been whispering that he is gonna do a workshop in KL next year. Today he talks about it. Somewhere this week he is gonna Shout it Out!
I, personally very anticipate about it, really. Is gotta be one workshop that I can’t afford to miss out. So please, CM, make it happen!
See, I liked his status update over at Facebook. ;p
