The Eve of Chinese New Year
February 13th, 2008 at 22:26

As usual, I will go to one of my good friend, Derek’s house to burn crackers (shhh….). This year, we set a record. a 30 minutes long of burning crackers, sign of longevity. haha. We attracted the entire kampung to watch the whole process. Is too catchy, I guess.

Some decor in his house.

    Manila Trip
    October 23rd, 2007 at 12:40

So, it was kinda unproductive trip, to me alone. Haha… No photos, rushing shopping, almost die of bomb blast, time wasted in travelling… tired that’s all.

Thou this is not the first time I go to Philippines, but is the first time I truly see Manila again, because too much sitting in the van moving around the city. I must say, is filthy. No rules of traffic, lifestyle is low class, noisy, dirty, no plan. I can’t help but I really have to say, who wants to go Manila for vacation. Forget about shopping, there are many other places.

But we had a great time laughing all the while, good to see the ol’ folks again.
