Recently I am having this slow Internet connection at home. I subscribe to this 512package, on a normal basis Internet surfing is not an issue in term of speed. I used to download a lot of stuff as well. These day, I can’t even ping www.google.com sometimes. Is like, more than 70% request timeout, same as any other website, even tm.net.my.

So I call up the ever-so-great 1300951313. As usual, I will have to wait, at least 1-2minutes before somebody care to pick up my line. I have to pay for that bill because it is not a toll free number. Argh. Best still, they never want to hire more people, they still think their service is very good.

So I am like, calling every night to check out why my Internet connection is so slow. So they always say I am not connected to Internet, there’s no session being logged. I was like, what the heck, I am surfing right now, it just dragging and crawling like hell, what, trying to be smarter than me? Best thing is, 10 out of 10 times, I get the same question/answer from their being-ignorant personnel. I got fed up.

Now, but why I am still stucking with them? If ever other ISPs is cheaper than the-nutz.
